[00:00:00] Holy fuck, I became unstoppable. I had all the tools, everything I needed to know that if a woman sat in front of me, she did her initial call with me and she shared with me where she is, where she wanna be, what her goals are. I knew that I could confidently take her in her mindset, in her beliefs, in her goals and vision for her career, her business, whatever it's that she wanted.
I now knew that I had everything I needed to take her. To see the D do whatever it was. And I was unstoppable. And that is how I launched my coaching business [00:01:00] [00:02:00] Welcome back to the She Who Dare podcast. I'm your host, crystal Wilson. I've got an exciting episode today, one that I'm really excited to record and in the research of preparing for this episode, I've just had so much fun. A couple of weeks ago I was actually listening to a podcast where. The person shared how they started their business and as a human design manifester with an open head.
That ignited a lot of inspiration within me, and I was like, I wanna do an episode. How I started my coaching business, and so that's what we're gonna do today. I'm gonna deep dive into how I started my coaching business, but what's really cool in, doing the kind of research and going back, you know, to [00:03:00] 2018 when I officially launched my coaching business.
I had so much fun remembering how I started this business and how supported I was and how much the universe, God source, like fully pushed me to do this work because I feel like it's definitely. I am doing what I'm meant to do and anyone who's ever worked with me, I often get that feedback from my clients that I'm meant to be a coach.
Like I'm really good at what I do. And it's really interesting when I was reflecting back on. My journey and how I started my coaching business, like there was just so many things that I forgot about how much I was supported and guided and how many like wild, crazy things happened that played such a big role in me being here and doing this work, and I'd really forgotten about them, and it was so much fun remembering.[00:04:00]
That happened. So take you actually all. , I wouldn't have my coaching business if I didn't have my first business. And for those of you who do or don't know, I actually worked in child protective services and studied social welfare.
And I left that career path and started working in sales. I just needed a break from that. And I think I was 26 when I started working in sales, working on straight commission only. It was really scary when I did that, but it set me up.
So much in business because I went from earning a really secure weekly, biweekly wage and knowing how much I was earning a year to. Being told that we'll only pay you when you sell X, Y, Z. And initially that was really scary to lose that [00:05:00] control. That's what it felt like. But really what it was doing, it was setting me free from like a financial infrastructure that was actually keeping me stuck.
And I think I've shared this before, like someone telling me now we are gonna pay you a hundred KA year. To work, 40 hours a week to me would feel like a death sentence because I have no control. It's like, it doesn't matter how hard I work, how much I excel, I have to do this many hours and this is what I'm gonna get for those hours.
And that was the system that I was stuck in. And I know that is a normal system and a lot of people are in that system. That was a system that I always rebelled against and I still rebel against it now. Bruce will tell me that he's doing extra hours today. Bruce will literally tell me that. He's like, ah, I'm gonna start early, do an extra hour and do an extra hour after.
I'm like, do you get paid for that? And he's like, no, but I just wanna catch up on the work. And to me, that is just so mind boggling that people are out [00:06:00] there doing extra hours, not getting paid for it. And it's like that's just the norm and that is a system that I even when I was like 18 and my boss wanted me to like do extra but not get paid for it, I just always personally ed against that.
I just, and that's why it's best that I work for myself because I never really fitted into that financial structure, but working on Straight Commission initially scary, but it set me free. It made me realize that actually working on Straight Commission gave me more control. About my financial future than I had ever had before.
And so initially when I started and went from my yearly salary to working on straight commission, I thought I was losing control, but really it set me free and that's played a huge role, I think, in me being able to move the way that I do in business. Because before I even started my business, I'd [00:07:00] already overcome so many fears around money.
From a salary to straight commission and in straight commission. Job that I was in, I was just all of a sudden hanging around salespeople, entrepreneurs, like a lot of young guys who were just like building businesses. Everyone was having a different level of conversation. For the first time ever in my life, I was talking about money, about sales, about wealth, about investing, about businesses, and like the whole level of conversation was just.
So different to what I was used to, and it excited me. It expanded me and it got me thinking about, you know, maybe I could do more. Maybe I could have more. Maybe I could create something. And not so much that it got me thinking about it. I feel like that was already very much within me, that I was meant for more, that I wanted to create something, [00:08:00] but being in that environment where I was surrounded by people where that was the normal conversation. It gave me that like, oh, I can fucking do something, which was super cool. And so I used to write business plans. I used to sit in my sales job and write business plans and would get so many downloads of different businesses, very much a brick and.
Brick and mortar businesses. And I would take them into my boss at the time who was, you know, had multiple successful million dollar businesses at 30, and he's still a highly successful entrepreneur today. And I would take them into him and like, you know, he'd brainstorm the ideas and he always held space, me, and would tell me that which ones were good and which ones were shit.
And challenge me. It was just such a cool environment. So when in 2014, somebody offered me a business opportunity to start my own business in network marketing, I had no idea what network marketing was.
I had never been [00:09:00] exposed to network marketing before and I was like all in. And so network marketing was almost like. My initiation into entrepreneurship and into becoming a business owner. Now, being in network marketing, you're not actually a business owner. And you're not really an entrepreneur either because it's a low investment, low risk opportunity.
, but that's what it felt like. It felt like I was starting my own business. It felt like I was like creating something and I was going out there and I had a lot of success in network marketing. I think I've spoken in previous episodes, like I just gained so. I earned more money than I ever had earned.
Do you know what I mean? Probably anyone in my family had ever earned in my period in network marketing. I won trips, I got opportunities to speak on stages. I led a team of like 7,000 people. I had team in the uk, in Spain in New Zealand, all over Australia, like, in Southeast Asia. Like it was just.
[00:10:00] Such a wild time. My life just changed so dramatically in 2014 when I started my network marketing business. One of the biggest gifts that network marketing gave me is that I. Very quickly became a leader and I was already a natural leader in my life. But what I mean was I was the one leading a team of people.
Like I had a huge downline of people enrolling people. I was facilitating coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching, group coaching, business coaching. So much support to like this massive group of people, and that really became. The number one thing that I did was help my team build their businesses. And so that was my first real taste of coaching and I loved it.
I loved it. I [00:11:00] feel like the thing that kept me in network marketing for so long was obviously like the money, the trips, but the leadership and the coaching, I. Creating these coaching experiences for my team, and the thing that I naturally coached on was, yes, business and strategy. Obviously helping people to grow their business, but having such a big downline, and working with.
So many people, the number one thing that I saw people struggling with was their mindset. So I just naturally loved to teach on things like mindset, branding, social media, how to grow your network marketing business. These are all things that I spoke on all the time, and really how to step into the identity of somebody who's a successful network marketer.
And to be honest with you, I wasn't a natural successful network marketer. I'm not somebody who's out here talking to strangers, trying to be people's best friend and trying to like [00:12:00] grow my network. Like I have a very tight group of people. I keep to myself, I love being alone. I'm very much an introvert who can also be an extrovert.
And so I feel like I was really good at helping a lot of people step into that identity because it wasn't a natural identity for me. I had to overcome a lot of fears you know, step outside of what was comfortable for me in order for me to create the level of success that I did create in network marketing.
And so the thing that network marketing gave me was that first experience of coaching, and I've shared this before, but I fell out of love with network marketing. It became something that wasn't actually my path. I very much thought it was my path and it was very much a big part of my identity. And then maybe three to four years in.
I just really decided that it wasn't for me. I no longer believed in it, in the way that I needed to be able to sell the [00:13:00] product, the company, in a way that felt aligned for me because of many different things. And so I spent about a year in this really weird place where I was like still earning money in my network marketing company, which I'm so grateful for because I had built and done so much incredible work .
I still earned residual income every week, so it meant that I could take a back seat and figure out what I wanted to do, and in that period where I was figuring out what I wanted to do. I can look back now and see that I very much wanted to launch a coaching business, but at the same time I was so making myself wrong and that was the predictable thing to do and that what would everyone think?
And I was also kind of like. like everyone who was becoming a coach. So it was very much like, you know, like when someone shiting on something down.[00:14:00]
The role that I was playing, I was just like watching all these people go off and become coaches and I was just like, oh my God. Like how predictable and kind of like shitting on them, being negative Nancy. But deep down that was very much what I wanted to do and I felt called to do, but I was pushing that down and not allowing myself to just be honest with myself. And this is where it gets so interesting. I was unconscious to that at the time, so I just wanna, I now have the hindsight to look back and be like, I so badly wanted to be a coach, and I was like shitting on everyone else for doing it because I wasn't brave enough to do it myself at the time.
I had no awareness of that. I was just like everyone's a coach. I couldn't see or , I wasn't in a place where I could like have that honest awareness with myself. Now when I look back, I can see exactly what was playing out. So this is where it gets crazy [00:15:00] and just where I, have so much evidence in my life that I am guided, that I am supported, and that I can really trust that the universe has my back because in May.
Thousand 18, and I am really lost. Like I'm out of love in my network marketing business. I'm like literally got one little foot in, one little toe in and I'm out the door. I have no idea what I'm gonna do. I feel like my whole identity has been wrapped up in network marketing and I feel lost. I feel like I'm letting my team down.
I feel like I'm letting myself down. I feel like it makes no sense that I walk away from a. given me so much and I was one of the first people to leave the company that I was in there. After that, there was kind of like a mass exodus over the next two to three, four years, but I was one of the first people to be like, this isn't for me.
And it was really difficult to like. Be a leader in a company and have been put on a [00:16:00] pedestal and feel like, I am not feeling this. I'm not buying this anymore. Like this doesn't feel good for me and walk away. So I was very much in a place of like, I don't know what the fuck I meant to do. Like
this has been my whole identity and I thought I was gonna do this for the rest of my life. And I thought I had it all figured out and now I don't think I can do this anymore. And so with that was a lot of doubt. I was not in a competent place. I was very much like feeling like a failure, feeling like I was letting people down, myself down and just feeling lost.
And on the 30th of May, 2018, when I'm in the depths of my, I'm fucking lost and I'm doing. I received a message. From a business coach that I had been connected to just a few months earlier, someone had introduced me to her and we'd connected on Facebook. We were Facebook friends. You know, I would like some of her [00:17:00] staff she'd tried to connect with me, sent me a few nice messages, just very easy, breezy, initial connections.
And she sent me a message on the 30th of May, 2018. Asking me asking if I would like to be her guest at her business retreat that was starting in four days on the Gold Coast. Now I did not know this woman like I had just connected with her and her business retreat. I'm pretty sure from memory was $6,000 a ticket for the four days.
I didn't really know much about her business retreat. I didn't even really know much about what she did. Very loosely just had been following her. She just sent me this really beautiful voice message saying, I've been watching you and my retreat's starting in like four days. I've got one spot left and I've just feel like I need to invite you.[00:18:00]
My gift, no cost to you, and I would just love to invite you and you come along and whatever you get out of it, you'll get out. I just felt that I wanted to invite you and can you make it happen? And if you can make it happen, this is what you're gonna need. Like there was a photo, there was all these things that were happening over the four days.
And I'll be honest with you, initially I was like, holy fuck, like. I really felt like this is way out of my comfort zone. Like I'm not the kind of person who's like going on retreats with a bunch of women. I dunno. It's not even that it's uncomfortable for me, it's just not in my personality.
I've definitely pushed myself to do lots of things over the years, outside of my comfort zone, outside of my personality, and this was one of them where I was just like, oh, this is not something that I would naturally do. It's not an environment that I would naturally wanna learn in, but I was just so moved that this random, beautiful stranger off the internet wanted to offer me a [00:19:00] spot and that she felt called and I really felt when I received that message that.
Even though I was scared to go and spend four days in this match on the gold coasts with a bunch, and I didn't know, like where would I be sleeping? Where would I go to the toilet? Like what are we eating? Like I'm just that kind of person that, you know, probably a control freak where like I didn't have any information.
So it was just like the most extreme situation for me. And so outta my. In every cell of my body. I really felt the universe is offering me an opportunity here. And yes, I'm fearful. Yes, this is uncomfortable. Yes, I don't even know why I would go or what I meant to get out of it, but I very much felt like the universe was tapping me on the shoulder saying, let me help you off the couch, crystal.
Let me help you. also, I was still earning money in my network marketing business, but I had not really done a lot in a year. And so my [00:20:00] income had dropped quite significantly. And so I had a lot of like financial fear because I'd earned a lot of money. I'd stopped working my, business.
My residual income had definitely dropped, but it was enough for me to like live and not have to go back to work. But I knew that like at some point I was gonna have to figure this out because it was just gonna keep dropping, right? And what's crazy is I've not done that business since like 2018. I still earn residuals today.
Every week I still earn. Passive income, residual income from my years in network marketing. It's not a lot, but I still get paid every week, which is absolutely mind blowing to me. So I couldn't have even paid her for that $6,000 retreat. I was not in that financial position at that time. And even going to the retreat in four days and having to like, figure out I needed outfits for a photo shoot, I needed like certain things that she.
That felt like financially stretchy because I just was like in this place of [00:21:00] like so much fear, so much scarcity, feeling like I didn't know what I was gonna do with my life and this huge financial opportunity that I'd been riding. The wave of felt like it was coming to an end. So I got in my car and I drove to the Gold Coast and.
I really resisted it. So she gave me this beautiful gift, but I was really resistant to like what I was meant to do there. And so I was there and I was participating, but I was definitely feeling a lot of resistance because I didn't feel like I had a business. Everyone there had a business, everyone was there with a purpose.
And I felt like, well, my network marketing business is done. Like I'm done with that business and I don't really know what I'm meant to do next. And I was just in this really , weird place where I felt really down and low and confused and lost, and she was just so loving and nurturing the whole weekend.
I am not always the easiest person because I'm bold and strong and outspoken, and I say what I think and you know, she's [00:22:00] given me this beautiful gift. So I'm sure that I was like trying really hard to just let my guard down for the four days, but there was definitely resistance because I was just like, I don't know why I'm here.
Like what am I meant to do? And she lovingly opened me up and. Thinking and then really gave me a challenge. And in that four day business retreat, we got to the root cause, which was, I actually really wanted to launch my own business and I really wanted to be a coach. Like the thing that I loved most about network marketing was impacting people, supporting people, coaching people, helping people to.
You know my process of how to do those things, and so I had to also swallow my fucking pride and face up to my ego because I'd been shitting on everyone who was becoming a coach and realize that actually I've been shitting on that because it's the thing that I really want myself. And so we got to the root cause that I wanted to be a coach.
I wanted to launch my [00:23:00] coaching business, and then I had till the end of the retreat, it was four days I had to go live and I had to launch my coaching business on a Facebook Live, and I did it. it was so scary because I had such a big following from being in network marketing, and it was really scary to go out and launch something else on my own and have all of those people in the company see it and watch me judge me.
All the things that come with that. Another thing that made it really complicated to launch my coaching business was that I had signed a contract when I joined my network marketing company, which meant that I could not use my social media to launch any other business outside of my network marketing business.
And so it meant that I had to actually launch my business in secret and that I couldn't use the social media platforms [00:24:00] that I build my. Network marketing business, I couldn't use them to build this business. I had to go and start brand new pages, brand new groups, and be really cautious about what I shared because if anyone who was in the network marketing company paid me for any of my coaching services, I could lose.
S that I, in my network marketing Like, I didn't even know I signed that contract when I signed up. But once I launched something else, like compliance of my company were on the phone to me letting me know that money that I'm earning every week, they'll take it away from me if I don't follow these really strict rules.
So I had to build it in secret. I had to build it like what felt like underground, which just added a business.
Old business [00:25:00] while I got this new business off of the ground. And so I played by the rules. I played by the rules. Sometimes I stepped over a little bit, but I did my best to like, I signed a contract, it is what it is. And I fucking showed them because I built, not that I showed them, but you know what I mean, like I built it and I was able to build my coaching business.
And so when I was thinking about that like , that some random person off the internet randomly felt something to invite me to their business retreat, which cost $6,000 a ticket and give it to me as a gift for free, and then when I was there, pushed me to launch my business on the last day. Of the retreat, I just was like, I forgot about that.
And I message, and I thank you. thank you again because I just honestly, like if you hadn't have given me that gift, . I mean, I do believe that I would still be where I'm, because it was my path and destiny, but I just am like, what a [00:26:00] beautiful gift to give somebody.
Like maybe it would've been longer, maybe I wouldn't be quite where I'm, maybe I would've started later and down a, an incredible. The last day of the retreat where I went Facebook Live on a new business page. I initially launched myself as a business coach because that's what made the most sense to me because I had spent the last four years mentoring people in how to have success in business.
And so that was super cool. I always loved supporting women in business. It's always been something naturally to. I went through and I looked at my stats because I was like, I remember doing this Facebook Live. It's still on Facebook. Those of you like detected, it's still on the SHE business page.
Facebook, I'm like, actually. Like too mortified to go back and watch it. But it's still there. I hope it's still there. I hope I haven't deleted it. It's always fun to like reflect back on like how far you've come, but I launched it and I launched it in secret. Remember I had to launch it underground. I didn't get to go [00:27:00] on all the platforms that had a huge following where everyone respected me, where I was already a leader.
I already had authority. I had to build underground and. I had my first four women sign up and I went back through the chat to , my business mentor at the time who invited me to the retreat. And I'd signed up four women to offer them business coaching over four weeks, $150 a session. Which is just so wild and crazy.
And I remember one of them felt like such a big stretch because she had one of the biggest . Run clubs in Australia with 250,000 followers on social media. And initially I would just do a call. So I just put a call out there saying, this is what I do, this is what I'm offering, and offer free 30 minute calls.
And I had random women on the internet book these calls with me and then sign up to work with me. And a lot of those women work with me long [00:28:00] term, and it was just such a beautiful initiation into like, holy fuck, I can do this. And I can impact people, which was super cool. What I learned really quickly, initially launching my business and really focusing on business and strategy, was that I kept having blocks with the women. I mean, like I always say, the strategy only works with the right mindset. And I say that, and I teach that now because of those initial women that I signed up for business strategy coaching is that I can give somebody all the strategy in the world, I can give them.
Step-by-step plan, how I'm gonna take you from A to D in your business, in your money, what we're gonna do. But if you don't have the right like infrastructure, the right mindset, the right belief systems, the right drive, the self-belief, the right patterns, behaviors. All of that stuff is going to block you from [00:29:00] taking the really simple steps in the strategy.
And so I often say it's 20% strategy and it's 80% mindset. Your success in business career is 80% your mindset. And energetics and 20% your strategy. But so often women in businesses, and this is what my experience has been working with women, is they have a business goal and they apply a hundred percent strategy, and then they wonder why the strategy doesn't work or they self-sabotage.
They don't complete things or the procrastination or whatever gets in the way, and that's because they're missing the most important piece, which is your mindset and energetic. And when I look back at my success in business. Why people signed up, why I've had so many seasons in my business where it has felt so fucking easy for me to do this.
It's because of my mindset and energetics. I have the right infrastructure so that when I apply the [00:30:00] strategy, it works so well. But there have been times when my mindset's off, my beliefs are off, right? And I try and go hard on the strategy and guess what happens? The same strategy won't fucking work. And so what I found working with those initial group of women. When I launched my coaching businessw was like, I'm giving them all their strategy. They're not taking the action. There's other things at play here. And so that's when I realized okay, crystal, you need to go and learn how to really impact somebody's mindset. Like, I've been doing all the mindset coaching and network marketing, but I really wanted tools, foundations, pillars.
I wanted to know exactly how I could confidently say to someone, I'm gonna take you from here to here in your mindset and your beliefs. And so this is when I went and did my NLP prac. And then a month later I went and did my NLP masters, and then I did my hypnosis accreditation.
And so what I've done now is when I work with women, it's [00:31:00] like it's a holistic view. If you've got business goals, you've got career goals, any goal that you have outside of yourself, we're first gotta work on your foundations within you because we have to build you so that you can build the thing. You cannot build the thing if you do not build your own foundations within you.
This is why I talk a lot about mindset, belief systems, and healing your relationship with yourself. If you cannot master your relationship with you, if you cannot master your own mindset, your own belief systems, if you can't keep your promises to yourself, then how are you gonna build? A business, if you can't lead yourself, why would other people follow you?
And so now having initially always worked heavy on the strategy with women and then going and getting trained in NLP and mindset, and getting all of those certifications and learning all the abundance of tools so it can help somebody reprogram [00:32:00] their limiting beliefs, their subconscious mind to change their identity.
Because also a lot of women who are starting business, you've been taught to be an employee. You've been taught to start work at nine, finish at four, have your lunch between 12 and one. You have to get your leave approved like you've grown up in a system where you are told what to do, when to do it, how to do it by somebody always above you, no matter what position you're in, right?
There's always somebody telling you what to do, how to do it, when to do it, when you compete, when you can't pay. There's just so much, when you become a business owner, or you wanna go out on your own, you've gotta shift that identity. It's a completely different identity shift from being an employee to being a business owner.
And some of the hardest challenges I've had in business is shifting that identity because all of a sudden no one's telling me when this has to be done, how this has to be done. You have to. Figure it out all on your own. Your, and this is why coaching and mentorship is so powerful [00:33:00] in any change you're trying to create, whether that's launch a business scale, a business, or just in your relationship with yourself.
So often we get caught up in, I can do it on my own. Well, if you could do it on your own, why aren't you doing it right? It's because it's not that simple. Most people actually can't do it on their own. I couldn't do it on my own. I was successful in network marketing because I had my upline saying, here's step one, here's step two.
Have you done step one? Okay, let's do step two now. Step three, hold on. You made a mistake here. Let's go back. Let's refine this. Let's take step four. And I followed their instructions and I wanna give you a secret here, like a secret to my success and I Time with somebody who's coming on as a client and sense if they have this, they don't.
You've got to be coachable. And one of the things that I'm really good at is when somebody has the results that I want, the money that I want, the success that I want, the happiness that I want, and they tell me this is step [00:34:00] one, this is step two, this is step three. Here's how we are gonna do it.
I do not deviate from that plan. I am coachable af. I'll follow their instructions, I'll execute it. I'll ask questions. I'll take up space. I'll take and get what I need so that I can follow their instructions. And this proved really well when I did my NLP training as well, I did my NLP. And when I was at my NLP prac, I signed up for my NLP Masters, which was happening a month later.
All happened so quickly, I moved so fast, I was like, get the fuck out of my way. Let's go. Nothing. And no one could stop me. And that was purely from passion and drive and like, I am doing this, I'm creating this, I'm becoming this. And when there's like literally maybe five or six weeks between the p
also then. And in that time period, I think I earned like $50,000 in a [00:35:00] six week period, which was more money than I'd ever even earned . Maybe not. I mean, I've got some pretty big bonuses in network marketing, but this is the first time that I was done it on my own. Do you know what I mean? Like, I really was building something of my own, doing my own thing and figuring it out.
Showing me the steps. And in that like five to six week period between crack and masters, I was like one of the only people. Who had earned money or that level of money out of a hundred students. And you know why? At the prac, the one that was five, six weeks earlier, the facilitator who was very successful, gave us a step by step plan in all of our workbooks and all of the things we learned.
There was this one little workbook that said how to launch your coaching business. So I just spent, you know, weeks learning all of the practical stuff. And then it was like, how to launch your coaching business. And he gave step by steps, what to say, how to say it, what to post, who to speak to, [00:36:00] what to do on that call, where you lead them, how to create your course or your coaching, what a price to that.
He gave a full step by step and out hundred students. I was one of the only people who went out and fucking followed those steps. Step by step. I was coachable. I was like, you tell me how to jump. I say, how high when you have the results that I want. And I remember when we were there for the masters that 4, 5, 6 weeks later and he did it.
He got me up on stage and was like celebrating me because I'd taken so much action. Signed up so many of my first clients and I was helping these women have these incredible breakthroughs and I'd made like $50,000 in this really short period of time. And he asked me how did I do it? I said, I followed the exact steps that you gave us in the booklet.
You told me what to do and I went out there and did it. And , having worked with So many clients. The number one thing I see when I say Get [00:37:00] out of your own fucking way, this is what I mean so many people. You are given steps. You are given the strategy, you are told what to do, whether that's by a coach, a mentor, or your own intuition, and you don't do it.
You don't follow the steps because you're not coachable, because your ego is telling them that you know better or this would be easier, or maybe this makes more sense and you don't actually follow the steps laid out in front of you and that's why you're not getting results.
So this is one of the things that served me very well in helping me to start my coaching business, is I was coachable. Somebody who had the results that I want gave me the steps, and I followed those steps, and I practice that humility. Now, if I invest in something, a course, a program to learn something from somebody who has the thing that I want, I listen.
I implement those steps. And it gets harder to do that, the more success you have. I've gotta check myself sometimes because Crystal in 2018 followed those steps [00:38:00] blindly. But now my egos can still come in and I have to check myself, and I have to say, this person has the results that I want, so I'm gonna try it their way.
Still in alignment with my values, my morals, and how I wanna run business, right? I wouldn't work with somebody who didn't have that same foundation in the first place. And so once I launched my coaching business, initially with business, went and got all my NLP certifications and so I could learn the tools to help people to have a real like deep mindset shift because it's 80% mindset, 20% strategy.
What I then went and did was, holy fuck, I became unstoppable. I had all the tools, everything I needed to know that if a woman sat in front of me, she did her initial call with me and she shared with me where she is, where she wanna be, what her goals are. I knew that I could confidently take her in her mindset, in her beliefs, in her goals and vision for her career, her business, whatever it's [00:39:00] that she wanted.
I now knew that I had everything I needed to take her. To see the D do whatever it was. And I was unstoppable. And that is how I launched my coaching business. I feel like there was like a lot in there, but very cool. And now I've been doing this. So what is that? 2018? I officially launched, it's now 2025.
I've worked with hundreds of women. All over the world. Which is such a gift and I'm so grateful for, and I've been able to impact the lives of hundreds of women through my one-to-one coaching, my business, mentorship, all of my different courses and master classes and programs that I've created over that time period.
It has been absolutely incredible, and to be honest with you, I'm just getting started. I am just getting started. I am still figuring it out, but you know what? I'm in the arena. I'm showing up every day. I'm working on myself every day. I'm always upleveling my skills, and I am fucking [00:40:00] coachable
